All products are made to order. We do not hold any products in stock so that we can offer you and our artists a wide variety of products to choose from.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive but if you haven't received your order 21 days after your purchase date, please contact us immediately.

We are a very small company run by two very enthusiastic artists. Each order is a bespoke package just for you and is individually checked and packed with love. We take great pride in the service we offer and hope you enjoy these products as much as we have enjoyed creating them for you

If you're looking to return or exchange your order because it is faulty, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

To return any undamaged product in its original packaging, within 14 days of the date you receive the product please email us at theteam@artisforall.co.uk and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. We will let you know how to send it back to us when you contact us.
