All products are made to order. We do not hold any products in stock so that we can offer you and our artists a wide variety of products to choose from.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive but if you haven't received your order 21 days after your purchase date, please contact us immediately.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order because it is faulty, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

To return any undamaged product in its original packaging, within 14 days of the date you receive the product please email us at theteam@artisforall.co.uk and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. We will let you know how to send it back to us when you contact us.

In addition, please note that made to order products or handmade items not under guarantee are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
